The problem
The owner was texting patients by hand. The website was basic and there was no easy way to run promotions, so everything depended on her own time.
What I set up and built
The website
A new site with a page for each program, built inside GoHighLevel so the forms, calendars and payments are already connected.
Follow-up that runs on its own
I set up and tested workflows for intake, bookings, appointment reminders, referrals and lead nurture. Staff get a notification when something actually needs them.
AI chat on the website
A chat widget with GoHighLevel’s conversation AI that answers questions and books consultations. Forms, calendars, payments and ad accounts are connected, and texts go out from a registered A2P number.
Email campaigns
Monthly promotions go out from the CRM in a few clicks instead of one text at a time.
Handover and adoption
