Systems I set up and built end to end, and the stores and sites around them, some under NDA. Each case study covers the problem, what I set up and how I handed it over.
Shopify store
A new skincare brand, from scratch to a live store.
I built a new skincare brand’s Shopify store from the ground up and took it live.
Under NDA, so no name or linkShopify revamp
A 7-figure brand’s Shopify store, revamped without a launch error.
I rebuilt the store on staging and moved it to production with no errors. The handover needed fewer revisions, and the project closed smoothly.

Small working copies of things I’ve built. Switch roles, push a lead through a workflow, send a request, or chat with a receptionist bot. Nothing here is real data.

Everyone signs in to the same app, but each person only sees what their job needs. These people are made up.

04 / What I do
Set up, connected, handed over.
Most of my work is getting the tools a business already pays for to do what the team needs. When something’s missing, I build it.

Launch it
Shopify stores and websites
Shopify stores built from scratch or revamped from staging to production, plus WordPress and Webflow sites, usually connected to the CRM behind them.
- New stores from scratch, or revamps

- Forms that feed your CRM

GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and AI
Pipelines, calendars, forms and follow-ups wired together so leads don’t sit in an inbox, plus AI chat on your website for the common questions.
- GHL set up properly
- Texts from a registered A2P number
- AI chat on your website
Connect it
Automation & integrations
I set up SaaS tools and connect them to your other systems through APIs and webhooks, then test every workflow before launch.
- SaaS setup from scratch
- APIs and webhooks
- Every workflow tested before launch
Fill the gaps
Internal tools
When a team has outgrown spreadsheets and group chats, I build the portal or dashboard they actually need.
- Built in React and Supabase
- On top of the data you already have
- Access set by role
How I work
Every job runs the same way. Each part gets tested before it goes live, and your team knows how to use it when I hand it over.

Talk it through
I go over how your team works today and what needs fixing, before anything gets built.

Set up and test
I build it one piece at a time and test each part with dummy leads before it goes live.

When it’s done I walk your team through it and leave written docs. I’m around for changes after.

05 / Clients
In their own words.
Video feedback from two clients I’ve built for, and a note from a copywriter I worked with.
“Michael is responsive, understands my business and takes my ideas to turn them into something even better.”
“Working with Michael was a genuinely good experience. His grasp of web development stood out from day one.”
Michael doesn't stop until the result is right. Professional, thorough, and easy to recommend to anyone looking for a developer.
06 / About
Four years of making tools work.
I started out coding custom web apps at a digital marketing agency, then spent a few years on WordPress, Shopify and GoHighLevel for small businesses. Somewhere along the way, setting systems up and automating them became most of the job. Now I do that full time at Highspring, and freelance on internal apps for a SERVPRO franchise group.
I test before launch, document what I set up, and walk the people who use it through it.

07 / FAQ
Before you write.
The questions people usually ask first. Anything else, put it in your message.
01What do you do?
I help businesses launch their stores, set up their CRM and automate the work they still do by hand. That means Shopify stores built from scratch or revamped, GoHighLevel (GHL) CRMs set up properly, tools connected with Zapier, Make and webhooks, AI chat on your website, and internal apps in React and Supabase when nothing off the shelf fits.
02How fast can you start?
It depends on what I am working on at the time. Tell me your timeline when you write, and I will tell you straight away whether I can meet it.
03Where are you based?
Davao City, Philippines (GMT+8). I work remotely.
04Full-time, part-time or freelance?
Full-time or part-time roles, and freelance work alongside them. I work remotely.
05What happens after I write?
First I go over how things work today with you. Then I build it one piece at a time and test each part with dummy leads before it goes live. When it is done I walk your team through it, and I am around for changes after.
08 / Contact
What does your team still do by hand every week?
Tell me about it. I start by going over how things work today, then I build it one piece at a time and test each part with dummy leads before it goes live. When it’s done I walk your team through it, and I’m around for changes after.
